WOBS · Facebook Public Page Review Guide

This page documents the exact read-only workflow requested for Page Public Content Access.

Purpose and data scope

  • Read public posts from the official Top Girl · A3Games Page: TopGirlA3Games.
  • Show a temporary preview before any content is stored.
  • Import only posts explicitly selected by an authorized WOBS administrator.
  • Store selected post ID, public text, time, permalink and up to six public post images as a review draft.
  • AI extraction, human approval and language translations happen after import. Nothing is auto-published.

Explicitly not used

  • No Facebook Login and no Facebook user profile data.
  • No private Pages, messages, comments, reactions, friends or audience profiling.
  • No posting, editing, reacting or messaging on Facebook.
  • No silent bulk publication to the WOBS assistant.
  • No access token or app secret is exposed in the browser or screenshots.

Reviewer walkthrough

  1. Open https://wobs-1028.net/login and sign in with the WOBS reviewer credentials supplied in the Meta submission notes.
  2. Select the supplied review server.
  3. Open KI-Wissenscenter, then select Facebook.
  4. Choose Verbindung testen. WOBS displays the official Page name and Page ID.
  5. Choose Öffentliche Beiträge laden. This is a non-persistent read-only preview.
  6. Select one preview card. Keep automatic German review translation enabled or enter a controlled German review text.
  7. Choose Auswahl als Entwurf importieren. WOBS fetches the selected Graph post again server-side and stores it as a draft.
  8. Open the review queue. Each AI-extracted statement must be checked and approved by an administrator before it becomes assistant knowledge.
  9. The source can be archived and permanently deleted through Quelle bearbeiten / archivieren.

Test result expected by the reviewer

The connection test identifies TopGirlA3Games. The preview shows only public Page posts and says it has not persisted them. An imported item is labelled as a draft and remains unavailable to players until the separate human approval workflow is completed.
